Business Intelligence Intern - Regional Sales - Hybrid

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence - Regional Sales, the incumbent will support the preparation and execution of Regional Sales Annual Business Planning (ABP) meetings with distributor partners. This role involves updating and creating presentation decks, performing ad hoc analyses, and collaborating closely with Business Intelligence Partners and Sales teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional Sales Business Intelligence team in preparing for distributor ABP meetings.
Update and maintain auto-refresh slides within presentation decks.
Conduct ad hoc analyses with guidance from Business Intelligence Partners.
Incorporate relevant "A La Carte" selling slides based on Pre-Call Planner inputs.
Help manage communication and alignment around the ABP Planning Calendar to improve efficiency in Pre-Call Planning meetings.
Field Experience: Participate in crew drives and support in-market, store-level selling and market development activities.
Attend ABP meetings to demonstrate cross-functional support and gain a deeper understanding of the business impact.
Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Profound attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Experience with a data visualization tool (DOMO, Power BI)
• Motivated and adept at solving problems and managing competing priorities efficiently.
Preferred:
•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
