Overview Business Solutions Consultant (B2B Outside Sales) at All Copy Products. This is a territory-based sales role with local daily travel. You will join a high-energy, motivated sales team offering full training, a defined process, and an award-winning service team to support your success. The compensation includes a lucrative uncapped commission plan, multiple bonuses, and opportunities for rapid growth in a collaborative culture. Responsibilities Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting and cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and current client referral sources. Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis. Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist the customer service team to resolve customer issues. Contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation. Collaborate with specialists as a liaison to complete projects and continue building and leveraging relationships with existing accounts. Qualifications A proven track record of success in sales and business development, customer service, account management or related fields involving prospecting for new business and handling rejection. We welcome candidates with a combination of education and/or experience through athletics, internships or work experience that has developed skills in business, competitiveness, and resilience. Competitive, positive, and goal-driven individuals with a strong desire to work in a customer-focused environment. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; willingness to receive full training for all solutions. Open to candidates from various industries. Compensation & Benefits Total compensation $60,000$150,000+ with base, multiple bonuses and uncapped commissions. Average first-year earnings $60k$70k with potential to exceed $100k within 23 years.
