Call By Call Sales Manager

As a Call By Call Sales Manager, you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Air Conditioning needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Dependable self-starter, motivated
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Service Titan software
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
HVAC sales experience: 2+ years preferred
Proficient Service Titan software
Goal and Results Driven
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Service Titan software
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Compensation: $60,000- $120,000
Full time employment
Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm
