What You'll Do: Engage incoming calls from potential clients and deliver top-notch service with every interaction. Assess client needs and present tailored debt relief solutions that address their financial concerns. Build lasting relationships and trust with clients through your exceptional communication skills. Collaborate with team members to drive sales strategies and achieve team goals. Keep detailed records in our CRM system to track interactions and follow-up effectively. Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and best sales practices. Requirements Previous experience in a call center or inside sales role is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging customers. Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping others. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and handling multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn; training will be provided!
