What You'll Do Be the go-to person on the sales floor-helping staff, solving problems, and keeping everything flowing.

Train new team members and make sure they know all the tips, tricks, and policies to succeed.

Handle cash, assist with POS, and keep transactions running like clockwork.

Lead by example in customer service, teamwork, and compliance with cannabis laws.

Step in wherever needed-whether it's helping out a busy budtender, covering a break, or ensuring the store is always operating smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table Strong leadership and a knack for motivating people.

Excellent communication skills and a love for organization.

Detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to tackle a fast-paced environment.

Awesome customer service skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.

Experience in retail or cannabis retail is a big plus!

High School Diploma or GED required (bonus if you've supervised a team before!).

The Nitty-Gritty You'll be on your feet, moving around the store a lot.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Comfort with a busy, interactive, customer-focused environment is key.
