Recognition and Success! Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits. Manage inventory and assist in marketing efforts to promote available vehicles. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to drive sales. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Requirements
Qualifications Strong public speaking and communication skills Excellent customer service and retail sales background Ability to engage in outbound sales and support Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus! Knowledge of marketing and retail math principles is also a plus!
