Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, supporting both large recurring events and new opportunities. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Create compelling proposals and contracts tailored to client needs. Identify and leverage opportunities for revenue enhancement through upselling and value-added services that exceed client expectations. Collaborate with event planners to ensure seamless execution of the event experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on catering sales. Experience working within a hotel or large event venue environment. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Effective communication skills with a diverse array of clients and staff. Understanding of menu planning and food presentation. Knowledgeable in banquet and event service operations. Able to multitask creatively while adopting a proactive sales approach. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Comfortable making decisions and negotiating. Able to work independently while also taking direction. Commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
