Position Summary

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating catering revenue through proactive sales efforts, client relationship management, and seamless catering execution. This individual will develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute catering sales strategies for assigned stores. ·       Prospect and secure new catering accounts with businesses, schools, and organizations. ·       Manage the catering sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. ·       Track and report performance metrics to leadership. ·       Partner with restaurant teams to ensure flawless execution of catering orders. ·       Provide feedback to improve catering operations, packaging, and menu offerings.

Qualifications ·       1-2+ years of sales or catering experience (hospitality or restaurant preferred). ·       Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. ·       Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills. ·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks *$500 sign on bonus offered (Payable after 6 consecutive months of employment)* ·       Base Salary: $50,000/year ·       Commission: 3–5% of catering sales (uncapped earning potential) ·       Complimentary meals during shifts ·       Opportunities for career growth within Rusty Taco
