Position Summary
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating catering revenue through proactive sales efforts, client relationship management, and seamless catering execution. This individual will develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute catering sales strategies for assigned stores.
Prospect and secure new catering accounts with businesses, schools, and organizations.
Manage the catering sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Track and report performance metrics to leadership.
Partner with restaurant teams to ensure flawless execution of catering orders.
Provide feedback to improve catering operations, packaging, and menu offerings.


Qualifications
1-2+ years of sales or catering experience (hospitality or restaurant preferred).
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks
*$500 sign on bonus offered (Payable after 6 consecutive months of employment)*
Base Salary: $50,000/year
Commission: 35% of catering sales (uncapped earning potential)
