Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Sales with daily administrative tasks including responding to event inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining client files. Coordinate with clients to understand event needs, prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), and ensure all event details are executed flawlessly. Support sales initiatives by maintaining leads, booking appointments, and tracking client communication Collaborate with the operations, kitchen, and banquet teams to communicate client expectations and timelines. Attend and assist in site tours, pre-event meetings, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing and post-event feedback. keywords: hotel sales, sales manager, catering manager, hotel catering, hotel Requirements Previous experience in hotel catering sales, event coordination, or hospitality preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales CRM systems and property management systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar) is a plus. Must be customer-focused, energetic, and a collaborative team player. Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays based on event demands.
