We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on business development and exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing catering services, from client engagement to even Marketing Event execution, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. Duties Develop and implement catering sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Manage client relationships through effective account management, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Conduct product demos for potential clients, showcasing our catering services and menu offerings. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable catering agreements while maintaining competitive pricing. Oversee the logistics of catering events, including staffing, equipment setup, and service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during events to ensure client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our catering services and identify areas for improvement. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales within the catering or hospitality industry. Strong management skills with a focus on team leadership and development. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Ability to conduct effective product demos and upselling techniques during client interactions. Familiarity with marketing principles as they relate to the catering industry is advantageous.
