CES Field Sales Representative for Midland, TX

The CES Manager, Sales Administration & Business Intelligence, will be a member of the Business Intelligence team at Cudd Energy Services (CES), reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence. They will be responsible for realizing our Sales and Service processes and strategies in our CRM platform. In addition, they will support the commercial review and responses of customer RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. Finally, they will also support the cross-functional Business Intelligence needs of CES. Oversees day-to-day sales and service administration, including data hygiene, data manipulation, user management, helping hands support, and training. Serves as a champion of data integrity within the Sales data domain. Develop practices and procedures for maintaining flows and processes and implementing other best practices. Uses best practices to manage CRM, keep data clean, customize views, properties, workflows, etc. Acts as primary contact for the CRM solution in the case of user training and adoption. Train users with a focus on best practices and day-to-day functionality, primarily for the sales and service team. Proactively create and update robust training curriculum for new hires. Works with the Information Technology department to collaboratively develop future CRM roadmap and define and implement additional 2nd-level support structures to troubleshoot and resolve production issues like software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues. Monitors and supports the collection and management of all customer-related data employing data governance methodologies to ensure the cleanliness of the data domain and its appropriate use. Supports the Sales and Service team in commercial review of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, associated responses, and packaging. Gathers, cleanses and analyzes data surrounding revenue, competitor sales, market trends, and customer engagement. Oversees the collection and interpretation of company performance data. Advocates for business intelligence solutions to help the organization meet its goals. Assists and collaborates on the CES technology program roadmap planning process Supports the business requirements definition, design, and architecture planning of CES-owned applications Ensures best practices are utilized in the application environment to support reporting and dashboarding Creates weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboard views as needed to empower data-driven decision-making across multiple data domains Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary. This position is not required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan but is subject to testing requirements listed within the plan.
