Job Description Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth for chillers and HVAC products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base within the business services industry.
Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote products and services.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Channel Sales Manager should have: Strong experience in channel sales and business development, particularly in chillers and HVAC products.
Experience in building a channel sales function from scratch is highly desired.
Knowledge of the business services industry and its sales processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage channel partners effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address market challenges.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
