Channel Sales Manager - Chillers/HVAC - Business Development

Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners and channel representatives to drive sales growth.
Implement and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the industrial/manufacturing market.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic partnerships.
Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners across key geographies.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Train and support channel partners to maximize their performance and sales potential.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Channel Sales Manager - Chillers/HVAC should have:
A strong understanding of Chillers/HVAC products and their applications in the market.
Proven experience in channel sales or business development within the Business Services industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to track activities and performance.
An ability to analyze market data and apply insights to drive decision-making.
