We are seeking a driven Channel Sales Manager with established relationships to help accelerate growth through the recruitment of new partners while also helping to scale our current channel partners. This involves implementing sales strategies and programs designed to drive revenue through the partner network and expand product listings to ensure their sales teams are effective. You will report to the Director of Channel Sales and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to accelerate channel revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and enable regional resellers focused on A/V, networking cables, and other IT related peripherals
  • Manage and grow our current portfolio of channel partners
  • Develop joint business plans and drive partner-sourced pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing to run co-branded campaigns and events
  • Cultivate existing relationships and educating partners on product offerings and services
  • Identify new partner opportunities and evaluate strategic fit
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and escalations
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Onboard, enable, and support partners through the full sales lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or related roles
  • Proven success in growing revenue through partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of A/V distribution, network cabling , and other consumer electronic solutions
  • Experience working with VARs in the IT solutions ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Analytical skills include: inventory management, forecasting, strategic price negotiating, and interpretation of market data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Tableau, NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Prior experience working with enterprise, SLED, GSA, SEWP contracts a plus
