Channel Sales Rep. (South America Territory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Representative- Motorcycle to manage and grow our South American territory. This individual will be responsible for developing strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers while driving sales and brand awareness across the region. The role also includes travel within South America to visit key dealers and strengthen business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts Develop new major accounts, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Traveling up to 30% Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience in the Motorcycle Industry work experience as an Account representative, Key Account representative, Sales Account representative, or relevant role within the industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Ability to make data-driven decisions, and provide reporting and projections based on KPIs Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Required Qualifications: Experience with sales in the motorcycle industry to franchise retailers A valid driver's license with a mandatory motorcycle endorsement is required for this role. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with demonstrated experience conducting business in South America.
