The Client Accounting Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial management and accounting services to Davies’ client base. This position is responsible for core accounting, payroll, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting functions. The role requires a blend of technical accounting expertise, leadership, and client-facing communication, serving as a trusted financial advisor. 

Accounting & Payroll: Oversee payroll, premium billing, vendor management, administrative checks,
and year-end close in coordination with auditors and state filings.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial statements, reconcile accounts, and analyze budget-to-actual performance.

Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure timely state filings, statutory reports, and provide ongoing support to auditors and regulators.

Cash & Treasury Management: Forecast and manage cash flow, oversee transfers, and maintain
fiduciary control of banking access.

General Ledger Oversight: Maintain Sage accounting system, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and reinsurance/premium adjustments.

Operational Support: Review/approve administrative transactions, coordinate payroll/benefits/tax filings, and support process and system improvements.
