Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their circumstances.
Policy Development: Design comprehensive insurance plans and present them to clients, ensuring they understand the product offerings and benefits.
Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building strategies.
Client Retention: Develop and implement effective client retention strategies, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice.

Requirement
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license for the state of Michigan. Or be willing to obtain
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
