As a Client Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth client experience. In this role, Client Sales Assistants help manage customer inquiries, prepare sales materials, and ensure accurate order processing. You'll receive hands-on training to master our CRM system and gain product knowledge across internet, voice, wireless, and entertainment services. This full-time position is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a support role and want to directly contribute to sales success.Key Responsibilities of the Client Sales Assistant
- Act as the primary administrative support for the sales team and account managers, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Handle client communications directly by responding to inquiries, providing timely updates, managing appointments, and following up to support overall client satisfaction.
- Create, format, and customize sales documents such as presentations, proposals, and contracts across various telecom products and services.
- Keep client data, sales activity logs, communications, and pipeline updates accurately maintained within the CRM system.
- Process and coordinate sales orders with internal teams like operations and finance to support prompt service activation and smooth onboarding.
- Research products, pricing, and service options to support the sales process and provide accurate responses to client questions.
- Address basic client concerns independently or route complex issues to the appropriate departments to ensure fast and effective resolution.
- Monitor and compile sales data, assist in generating reports, and help analyze performance metrics to support sales strategy.
- Gain working knowledge of our telecommunications offerings to answer client questions confidently and deliver informed assistance.
- Support overall team efficiency through general administrative tasks, enabling sales staff to focus on direct client engagement.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Up to two years of experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or related roles requiring strong organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone suited for both client-facing and internal interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a strong plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with the initiative to identify and address issues proactively.
- A dependable team player with a cooperative attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
