We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Client Success & Sales Representatives .
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential business customers—helping them understand our client’s services, guiding them through the sign-up process, and supporting their transition every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage potential business customers, answering questions and offering tailored information Walk customers through the enrollment process and help with necessary paperwork Deliver presentations on client services to drive awareness and new customer sign-ups Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer information Partner with the sales team to identify and follow up on qualified leads Keep up-to-date on all service offerings, pricing, and promotions Participate in training sessions to sharpen your skills and grow within the company Help the team hit sales and service goals while delivering top-tier customer experiences What We’re Looking For: High school diploma required; college degree is a plus Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-moving team Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required—we’ll train you!
