Duties & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders across the Perioperative portfolio, serving as a trusted clinical resource. Partner with sales representatives by identifying appropriate cases for product evaluations, providing hands-on guidance during procedures, and championing the company’s technology. Conduct assessments of clinical needs, manage product conversions, and deliver ongoing support through in-services, education, and troubleshooting. Capture and communicate customer feedback to help shape marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and the development of effective tools in collaboration with the sales team. Remain current on advances in hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery protocols, and goal-directed fluid therapy, while monitoring competitive activity and market trends through participation in industry associations. Stay up to date on evolving clinical standards, guidelines, and recommendations from leading professional organizations. Translate evidence-based research into practical clinical recommendations tailored to customer needs. Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently, including expense reporting, communication, conference participation, market research, competitive analysis, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a critical care setting. Extensive knowledge and expertise in critical care practices. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to leverage evidence-based practices to influence and enhance clinical outcomes. Strong team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Innovative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Willingness and ability to travel 70–80% of the time.
