Job Responsibilities Drive cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives among Chinese-owned automotive and appliance companies operating in the region. Develop and execute account plans to penetrate key enterprise customers in sectors such as electric vehicles, automotive components, home appliances, and smart manufacturing. Translate business needs into tailored Huawei Cloud solutions by working closely with solution architects, product teams, and ecosystem partners. Bring mature China-based digital models—such as smart factories, connected vehicles, and intelligent supply chains—into local/regional deployments. Establish strong relationships with Chinese headquarters and regional subsidiaries, facilitating cross-border collaboration for solution design and delivery. Identify business opportunities, build robust pipelines, and lead the end-to-end business development process—from lead generation to deal closure. Stay informed on trends in industrial digitalization, including industrial cloud, IoT, MES/ERP integration, AI-driven quality inspection, and edge computing. Represent Huawei Cloud at industry forums, customer briefings, and events targeting the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Collaborate with internal teams and rep offices to coordinate resources, ensure solution feasibility, and maintain high customer satisfaction. To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 6 years and above of business development or enterprise sales experience in cloud services, ICT solutions, or industrial digitalization. Experience working with Chinese-owned car, EV, or appliance enterprises is required. Knowledge of digital trends in manufacturing, such as smart production, connected products, and AI for quality control or logistics optimization. Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and cloud architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IoT, and AI technologies. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build senior-level stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
