Well established, nationwide commercial flooring products company seeks a Commercial Sales Representative for various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability for a Multi-State Region.  Critical to the success of the position includes:  Customer lead , prospecting and obtaining sales within assigned region, revenue growth and market penetration, expense management, existing customer management and new customer development.

Key duties include:

Manage revenue and profitability throughout the Region.

In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, manage pricing strategies and discounts.

Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support to commercial floor covering contractors, general contractors (GC’s), distributors, and architects throughout the region.

Promote and increase product awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.

Confer or consult with the marketing department to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications.

Ideal candidate should have:

Have commercial flooring and product experience.

Floor underlayment, moisture mitigation a plus.

Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.

Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
