What Youll Be Doing:

Manage the full sales cycle from client introduction to close including consultations, quoting, and project handoff

Build relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners to generate repeat and referral business

Collaborate with Avellinos operations and design teams to ensure seamless project execution

Attend site visits, walk-throughs, and design consultations across greater Boston and South Shore areas

Contribute to showroom traffic and marketing efforts by following up with walk-ins and warm leads

What You Bring:

Sales experience in flooring, construction, or design industries

Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through skills

Comfortable visiting job sites and meeting clients in-person regularly

Strong organizational and CRM tracking habits

Experience with high-end clientele or custom project work ()
