What You Need To Know Training: Our training will provide you with all the tools, knowledge and resources to be a successful sales consultant. Once you’re in the field, the Regional Vice President will be a mentor to help you create and execute sales plans. They are first & foremost invested in your success! You’ll be successful in this role if you possess some of these attributes: Great communication skills Thoughtfulness during negotiations Hunt, drive, and tenacity to win Experience & Qualifications Three to five years of successful outside sales experience Successful track record of business-to-business sales, marketing or territory management Responsibilities Develop and manage your own client portfolio within the commercial insurance space Engage target clients and drive new business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to design effective insurance solutions Compensation & Benefits Estimated total first year compensation: $100k-$150k (base salary + commissions) Comprehensive employee benefits package including medical, dental, vision, group term life insurance, short-term/long-term disability, a flex spending account, and a competitive time-off allowance for work-life balance.
