Responsibilities

Client Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients to understand and address their insurance needs.

Policy Evaluation: Analyze clients current coverage and determine areas for improvement or additional protection.

Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of tailored commercial insurance policies.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation: Prepare and submit insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time.

Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold valid insurance licenses to sell commercial insurance products.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Client-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and provide excellent service to enhance client satisfaction.

Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, taking initiative to achieve goals.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using various digital tools and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and create customized insurance solutions.
