What you'll do:

• Prospect, follow up, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Assist with property tours, valuations, and market research
• Draft proposals, presentations, and contracts with proper guidance
• Help manage listings and deal flow while growing your book of business and career
• Learn the full lifecycle of a deal - from initial contact with a prospect to closing the transaction

Compensation:

Commission-based. Top performers in this model can earn $100,000+ annually. Your income is based on your drive, consistency, and how well you apply what you learn.
