Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation’s premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with law firm experience to join their Boston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the NJ real estate market .
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
Develop and maintain a commercial client base byidentifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships
Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations
Maintain strong visibility in the NJ commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions

JD or paralegal certificate is required
2–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law , including federal and state title insurance regulations
Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
Additional Qualifications:
High energy , persistence , and accountability for results
PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS ( APPEARANCE , DEMEANOR , PRESENTATION , ETC.)
Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
Valid driver’s license required for territory travel
