Added Value Access to CoStar (Commercial MLS) and proprietary MNET listing platform Salesforce CRM and transaction management tools Lexis Nexis for advanced research and data analysis Constant Contact for marketing and lead outreach Marcus & Millichap University training and certification Structured 5-month development plan with 90-day benchmarks Ongoing coaching and professional mentorship from senior agents Compensation: $140,000 at plan Responsibilities: Represent buyers and sellers in commercial storage property transactions Prospect and build relationships with owners, operators, and investors in the storage market Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and pricing strategies Prepare property evaluations, marketing packages, and presentations for clients Manage deals from prospecting through closing with attention to detail and professionalism Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term business relationships Utilize company tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage outreach, and organize pipeline activity Collaborate with senior agents and mentors to refine strategies and strengthen performance Qualifications: Active real estate license or ability to obtain one Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and set priorities effectively Comfort with prospecting, client outreach, and building new relationships Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financials Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, research platforms, and Microsoft Office Team-oriented, open to mentorship, and eager to learn proven sales systems About Company M & M Las Vegas is a collaborative commercial real estate office dedicated to helping agents build lasting success through training, mentorship, and proven systems.
