: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at POV CRM . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative CRM solutions to potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. If you are passionate about technology and have a knack for sales, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate our CRM products to clients, highlighting features that meet their specific business needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and product enhancements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in software or technology sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
Familiarity with CRM solutions and sales processes is a plus.
A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets, with a competitive spirit.
Compensation: This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance. There may also be opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on achieving sales milestones.
