Your Career We’re looking for a Communications Manager to support the Network Security organization as the principal communications advisor to the leader and their leadership team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executive and internal communications for the EVP of Products, Network Security and his leadership team - for our largest R&D organization. You are passionate about technology and innovation and the people behind them. You enjoy turning complex and technical products & features into compelling (and understandable!) stories, and you’re able to pivot quickly from audience to audience. As part of the Global Communications team, you’ll be a key point of contact across organizations, ensuring the right narratives are told across multiple channels. Your Impact Serve as the principal communications advisor to the EVP of Network Security and his leadership team
Ensure NetSec initiatives are successfully and consistently communicated to employees and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity
Responsible for the development and execution of the NetSec Quarterly all hands and other related team meetings.
Manage executive’s external speaking presence, in conjunction with the PR team, including social media strategy and speaking engagements - inclusive of Keynote preparation
Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels, audiences and media, including: the intranet and Slack, external blogs, customer presentations and messages, incident/crisis response-related communications, and external keynotes, including responsibility for a regular NetSec Internal Newsletter
Manage the EVP of Network Security Products external profile, including social media strategy; and speaking engagements (in partnership with PR/Analyst Relations/Social teams)
Ensure messages around NetSec products and priorities are consistent across all media and departments of the organization
Establish ongoing metrics - measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often
Qualifications
Your Experience 8+ years communications experience, in cybersecurity, tech and AI preferred - proven internal and executive communications background is essential
Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business strategies and complex technologies to audiences in simple, compelling ways (writing exercise required)
Strong team player and creative thinker
Undaunted by tight, last-minute deadlines; pro at juggling multiple initiatives and executing with speed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Experience across G-suite, strong presentation creation skills, AI tools for content creation and optimization.

Understanding of enterprise technical services organizations helpful but not required

Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $126000 - $202500/YR.
