Community Outreach & Sales Representative
8 Days Old
Job Description
Location: Candidate must be based in Napa, Sonoma, or Solano County
Work-type: Hybrid position; local travel required to attend doctors’ offices, community events, and outreach activities.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 9 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time
Salary: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Community Outreach & Sales Representative to join Burnett Therapeutic Services, a growing ABA and Mental Health agency supporting children and families.
This role is not a front desk or call center position — it’s for someone who thrives on selling services, building partnerships, and driving growth. You’ll be in the community meeting with doctors, clinics, and organizations, pitching our services and turning conversations into referrals and contracts. You’ll also help manage insurance and funding contracts that expand our reach.
If you have proven success in sales or business development, are naturally outgoing, and have the persistence to open doors and close deals, this is your chance to combine your sales talent with a mission-driven purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Sell BTS’s services by visiting physician offices, clinics, schools, and community organizations.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships that lead to referrals, contracts, and revenue growth.
Proactively identify new outreach opportunities, set meetings, and follow up until results are achieved.
Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance companies and funders to support BTS’s expansion.
Track outreach, pipeline activity, and results in an organized and timely manner.
Assist with credentialing only when required as part of a contracting process.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales or business development experience — ideally in healthcare, services, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outreach, sales, or partnership goals.
A go-getter with the persistence and confidence to walk into offices and make connections.
Skilled at networking, relationship-building, and turning conversations into partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with insurance contracting or behavioral health services is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Based in Napa, Sonoma, or Solano County with reliable transportation for local travel.
Ability to work 9 AM – 5:30 PM PST, with occasional after-hours during busy periods.
Reliable internet and remote work setup.
Why Choose BTS?
Competitive pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience.
Shadowing and mentorship to support your success.
Career growth opportunities, including supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (30+ hrs/week).
401(k) retirement plan, Aflac supplemental insurance options.
LifeCare Employee Assistance Program and LifeMart Employee Discount Program.
