OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Compensation Business Partner to support our Sales and Marketing functions. You will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to attract and retain the best talent. You will consult to provide competitive compensation solutions that are fiscally responsible and legally defendable. You will collaborate with team members to lead or support enterprise compensation projects and annual compensation cycles. Additionally, you will play a key role in partnering with our People Team to strengthen our organization’s fundamental understanding of compensation.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation practices, sales compensation design, executive presence, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSales Comp Plan Design: Work closely with People Team to develop solutions and collaborate with Sales leadership to translate compensation philosophies into actionable strategies. Align with business objectives and drive sales performance. Build relationships that result in trusted partnerships.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze compensation trends, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.Education & Communication: Create and distribute clear and impactful communication materials that enhance understanding and highlight the value of our compensation programs. Take an active role in educating internal people partners, business units and employees to enable objective decision-making and facilitate meaningful compensation conversations.Project Management: Lead compensation projects of significant impact for business units or globally.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide guidance on pay decisions, policies, and practices.Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. Develop and maintain compensation-related policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master\'s degree or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in compensation management, with at least 2-3 years supporting a sales and marketing function.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation software, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of data to inform decision-making.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
