Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within the residential market. Your expertise in outside sales, account management, and customer service will be essential in driving growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to effectively demonstrate our products to potential clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals within assigned territories. Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of accounts. Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings to prospective customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling and territory management improvements. Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress, share insights, and strategize on future initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles with a focus on residential markets. Strong background in business development and account management with an emphasis on B2B sales. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical concepts related to our products. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing accounts. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in conducting product demos and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
