Job Title Consistently oversee the operation of conference facilities, maintaining communication with A/V technicians, catering teams, and environmental services staff. Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to staff and relevant support departments, providing forecasts for upcoming eventsparticularly VIP and large-scale functions requiring special coordination. Skills Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience collaborating with Audio/Visual teams, Facilities Management, and Catering during event planning and execution. Strong customer service abilities. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines for high-volume demands. Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft 365 applications. Preferred Skills & Experience: Familiarity with event planning software. Education Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
