* Hands-on experience collaborating with Audio/Visual teams, Facilities Management, and Catering during event planning and execution. * Strong customer service abilities. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Ability to manage requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines for high-volume demands. * Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Familiarity with event planning software.
