Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Director to lead the Walmart business for a leading CPG organization. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing cross-functional relationships, and delivering against ambitious sales targets across multiple categories within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods organization.

Key Responsibilities: Own the customer relationship with Walmart, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner. Lead joint business planning, annual negotiations, and long-range strategic initiatives. Develop and execute customer-specific strategies to drive sales, market share, and profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management. Manage trade spend and ensure efficient investment to maximize ROI. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales, with a strong track record of success managing Walmart. Deep understanding of the retail landscape, particularly in OTC, Health, and Wellness categories. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and build strategic customer relationships. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
