We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Sales-Roofing professional to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expansion in the commercial roofing construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the various roofing systems including flat, slope, shingles, modified TPO, and TPO roofing. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals and make significant contributions to our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and through the development of new relationships in the commercial roofing construction industry. 2. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value and benefits of our roofing solutions. 3. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable roofing systems. 4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 6. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the successful execution of projects. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest roofing technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance visibility and build brand reputation.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the commercial roofing construction industry. 2. Proficient knowledge of various roofing systems including flat, slope, shingles, modified TPO, and TPO roofing. 3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex roofing solutions in a clear and persuasive manner. 5. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 6. Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to maintaining long-term client relationships. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. 9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 10. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
