America’s corporate sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving new business opportunities. We are looking for a client-focused, proactive, and motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be hands-on with clients while playing a critical role in supporting the growth and scalability of Läderach’s corporate sales business.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned regions and verticals.
- Conduct client outreach (email, phone, and in-person) to build long-term corporate partnerships.
- Support store managers and regional managers in identifying and nurturing corporate sales opportunities.
- Log all confirmed opportunities in Insightly CRM with complete, accurate details (client, product/SKU, hub, delivery date, customization).
- Prepare proposals and quotes under the direction of the Senior Manager of Sales.
- Communicate directly with clients on timelines, customization guidelines, and order status.
- Partner with Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and fulfillment readiness.
- Provide structured weekly updates on pipeline, client progress, and opportunities.
- Represent the Läderach brand professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to manage outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished and professional.
- Ability to understand and communicate product details and customization options.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Insightly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Motivated self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate risks.
- Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven environments (especially during holiday peak).
