Inside Sales Representative

Construction Materials Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and a keen interest in concrete construction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Process sales orders and provide product information and recommendations

- Load out materials on customer vehicles

- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized warehouse and showroom

- Be the "expert" in concrete construction and solve problems in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction-related field is a plus

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 80# bags of concrete patching materials

- Knowledge of construction materials and related products is desirable

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems

-Clean Driving record for the past 3 years

-A pre-employment drug screen is required
