We are seeking a friendly and professional Counter Sales Associate to join our team in {NAME}, United States. Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, answering questions, and providing expert advice Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and surrounding areas Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer service and sales performance Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks Support other branch activities as needed, such as receiving shipments and organizing warehouse areas Participate in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent communication and active listening abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software Analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required Experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus
