HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time counter sales position to help support our continued growth and expansion. Candidates with multi-year sales experience in HVAC/R field or in other industries but not necessary. Bi-Lingual is a plus. Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people a must. Salary based on experience. We offer full benefits and 401K

Essential Job Functions

Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration - but will train

Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously (customers are contractors - Not general public)

Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions (through training)

Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests, and other services

Use a computer system to research products, conduct invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment.

Break down and put away stock

Regular and punctual attendance

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment inside and out

Be willing to work, learn and have fun

Bi-Lingual is a plus

Qualifications:

​Requires moving, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds

Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching, and ability to climb ladders

Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input
