We have a presence both online and in our new Orlando showroom.
Who are we looking for?
A motivated and organized CRM & Online Sales Coordinator to help us take our online sales to the next level. This person will lead the setup and day-to-day management of the CRM platform, support online sales efforts, and help automate and improve how we communicate with our customers around the world.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves turning chaos into structure and enjoys working at the intersection of sales, customer experience and technology.
What will you be in charge of?
Selecting, launching, and configuring a CRM system from scratch to support our sales and customer communication processes.
Keeping the CRM system organized and optimized for team use.
Coordinating the use of the CRM within the sales team - making sure everyone uses it effectively and consistently.
Automating key parts of the sales funnel, such as follow-up emails and reminders.
Supporting sales activities through channels like e-mail, chat and phone calls.
Helping plan and coordinate special offers, product bundles, and promotions.
Analyzing sales and customer data to improve processes and boost results.
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to make sure tools and processes work together smoothly.
Training and supporting sales team members.
What do we expect from the candidates?
Experience with CRM systems.
Good understanding of online sales and digital customer journeys.
Knowledge of sales funnels, sales technique and customer communication.
Experience in e-commerce.
Strong organizational skills.
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve existing workflows.
Additional assets:
Interest in automotive or consumer tech.
Experience in coordinating or leading a sales team.
