What You’ll Do: Meet with homeowners to understand their pool renovation needs and vision Design, Estimate and Present customized renovation proposals that wow Close deals with confidence and professionalism Oversee project execution, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to spec Act as the primary point of contact from sale to final walk-through Work closely with construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience – ideally in construction, outdoor living, remodeling, or pool design Strong project management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up habits Self-motivated with a desire to earn BIG through commission Knowledge of pool systems or renovations is NEEDED.
