Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Incentive Opportunity

About the Role - We are seeking a Customer Experience and Inside Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional showroom and sales support to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing consultative guidance, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to project follow-up.
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success by combining inside sales skills with a commitment to delivering an excellent showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities: Engage incoming leads and walk-in showroom visitors with a professional, welcoming approach
Consult with customers on material and design selections to align with their project goals
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring timely and professional delivery
Follow up on active projects to answer questions and move opportunities toward closing
Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-up and relationship building
Track and document all customer interactions in HubSpot CRM, including:
Calls, emails, quotes, meetings, and showroom visits
Maintain an outstanding showroom experience, including:
Organizing samples and displays
Keeping the showroom clean and guest-ready
Managing hospitality items, such as beverages and umbrellas when appropriate
Qualifications: 23 years of experience in inside sales, showroom sales, or customer service with a demonstrated track record of sales success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and advanced computer skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Professional demeanor and ability to create a welcoming, brand-aligned showroom experience
Schedule & Work Environment: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
One Saturday per month, 9:00am 1:00pm
Primarily office and showroom-based with limited travel
