We are actively hiring for a Customer Support Associate to join our in-office team in Carrollton, TX . This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in interactive, face-to-face settings, and are eager to build a long-term career in customer service , sales , or telecommunications .
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll work directly with individuals and small businesses to identify service needs, offer product education, and assist with new service setup, account updates, and general customer care. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team that values communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
This is a 100% in-office position with no remote or retail responsibilities. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person consultations with customers in a professional office setting
Provide information and support regarding products, service options, and account features
Help customers complete service requests, updates, and general account changes
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all client interactions
Build lasting relationships through solution-focused communication and follow-up
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Stay informed on service offerings, updates, and general industry trends
Contribute to team-based goals and performance expectations
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work full-time, in-person from our Carrollton office
Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong time management and organizational skills
Customer-facing experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications is preferred but not required
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
