This dynamic role is perfect for individuals who thrive on interaction and take pride in providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to passengers with baggage pick-up and ensure their experience is seamless. Address and resolve customer concerns related to delayed, lost, or damaged baggage with care and professionalism. Utilize computer software efficiently to track and catalog luggage. Maintain a professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and interactions. Perform other related tasks as assigned that align with your skills and experience. Lift, carry, push, and pull items regularly, including handling weights of 70 pounds or more and 40-50 pounds on elevated surfaces. Basic Qualifications: Must be a local resident. High School diploma or GED required. Valid In-State Driver's License. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to undergo a background check covering up to the last 10 years. Must be at least 18 years old. Authorization to work in the United States as required by law. Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport authority identification. Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs. Must be vigilant of moving vehicles and aircraft and capable of using radio equipment. Why Work With Us?
