A ( CSSR) Customer Service and Sales Representative plays a critical role in safeguarding clients financial well-being. They expertly assess insurance needs, recommend tailored property and liability insurance policies, facilitate smooth application and sales processes, manage existing policies, and provide invaluable support during claims. Acting as a vital bridge between clients and insurance companies, P&C agents empower individuals and businesses to protect their assets from a range of risks, including accidents, theft, and natural disasters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Needs Assessment:**
Engaging with clientsboth individuals and businessesto gain a deep understanding of their unique insurance requirements and identify potential risks.
**Policy Recommendation & Sales:**
Delivering expert recommendations on the most suitable P&C insurance policies (such as homeowners, auto, and business liability) while customizing solutions to align with the clients specific needs and budget.
**Application & Sales Process:**
Providing seamless guidance through the application process for both new and updated policies, ensuring an efficient and hassle-free experience.
**Policy Management:**
Proactively managing existing policies to accommodate changing client needs, enabling them to adapt their coverage as their circumstances evolve.
**Claims Assistance:**
Offering dedicated support throughout the claims process, ensuring policyholders complete all necessary forms accurately and meet required criteria.
**Client Relations:**
Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients to build trust and provide ongoing, reliable support.
**Administrative Tasks:**
Maintaining meticulous client records, managing policy documents, and staying abreast of insurance protocols and coverage requirements to ensure the highest standards of service.

Requirements
To apply for a position, candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before starting work. The Hadder Agency offers partial reimbursement for licensing costs after completing the training period.
