As a CSSR, you'll be the heart of our customer experience managing client interactions, solving problems, and helping people protect what matters most. You'll handle policy service, generate new business through cross-selling and marketing, and contribute to our agency's success through proactive outreach and relationship-building

As a trusted insurance provider, we deliver auto, home, life, and specialty insurance solutions tailored to each clients needs. Our agency is growing, and were looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media
  • Assist with policy changes, billing, payments, and claims follow-up
  • Cross-sell insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Specialty)
  • Conduct Farmers Friendly Review (FFR) appointments
  • Generate leads and schedule new business appointments
  • Participate in marketing efforts, events, and client appreciation
  • Maintain accurate records and track performance goals

Requirements
  • Previous customer service or sales experience (insurance preferred)
  • Active P&C and/or Life license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and drive to exceed goals
  • Khmer-speaking highly preferred (Spanish a plus)
  • Familiarity with Farmers systems like APEX is a bonus
