The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, entering and processing RA's, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.

This position reports to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager and is part of the Customer Service & Sales Support team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Providing customer support via phones and emails
  • Entering customer orders into CRM system
  • Entering and processing return authorizations

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
  • Understanding of the functionalities of CRM & ERP systems
  • Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

The hourly range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
